"I’ve loved everything about Erica’s 8 Week Gym Based Program! The fact that it was so easy to follow! It was so nice to have videos to help if i didn’t understand something! She also was there 24/7! Most people just give you a program and you don’t hear from them, which made me feel 100% going into it. I loved that I didn’t have to spend 2 hours in the gym and it was effective and I felt amazing after the first day! I honestly can say I am so happy with my results. I usually can’t stick to a program because I get bored before seeing results, or i get cravings and just eat too much. But following Erica's Meal Guide and her workouts have definitely been a game changer! Legit I’m in size 4 pants for work!!! "
