The 4 WEEK Planting Seeds Gym Program is the SECOND HALF of the first 4 week program. This will be weeks 5-8 of the gym based program!
This program is specifically designed to be a strength training program, based off workouts that I personally perform to achieve and maintain my total body results!
This program is designed to help you lose body fat, gain muscle and sculpt your dream body through 4 weeks of workouts! These workouts will keep you challenged regularly as you build your fitness and strength.
This program includes:
- Follow along videos of myself performing each workout
- 4-5 GYM-BASED workouts per week
- Workouts progressively increasing in difficulty
- Printable Goal Tracking Journal pdf sheets
- Helpful tips and reminders
- 24/7 email support from ME! I'll be able to answer any questions and help to give you motivation and inspiration along the way.
