Feel Good Fitness Challenge

It is no surprise to anyone, that the year 2020 itself has been a CHALLENGE. Many of us are looking to regain focus.. -- Let's take ahold of our fitness and health goals and start the new year strong with something we can control!

Start Date: February 1st 

- This program is A FULL BODY challenge with a focus on GLUTE/LEG building!

- This challenge is made of all new exercises and combinations!

- Personalized group messages each day from ME & the rest of the girls in the group! (I'll be participating in the challenge with you too!)

- 4 WEEKS of Follow along Workout Videos of myself performing every exercise

- Each day focuses on new muscle groups, with 4-5 days of working out each week!
