Program with results

Erica’s challenge is worth the price. I saw results in weight loss, measurement loss, and muscle gain in 30 days. The program is easy to follow and I loved the support and motivation that came from the group chat. I fell out of a gym routine and have been struggling to get back... this is just the jump start I needed. This won’t be my last challenge!

Wow!

I just finished a 30 day New Years challenge! These works outs were great! This program was exactly what I needed to push myself back in to my daily fitness habits ! I love the workouts ! The group chat was phenomenal! I love all the support and meal guides ! It’s amazing to have 24 hour support from Erica and group chat ! Truly motivating. I wrote a review 13 days in and now that I’m finished this needs another one ! Deff fun , effect workout routines ! My results were great !

Awesome program!

I loved these workouts so much during the group challenge, I bought the 8 week workout program. Having a group chat to help keep you accountable and keep up motivation pushed me to keep going and feel empowered about taking control of my fitness. The meal guide was super easy to follow; there were no complicated recipes but a guide to learn how to chose healthier alternatives and find balance! Erica answers any questions you may have. This was a super fun, completely non judgmental program. Highly recommended!

Great startup!

If you need that motivation to start going to the gym, this is a great way to get started! You not only have access to great workout plans but the group chat with others helps you stick to it & discuss any difficulties you come by! I haven’t been to the gym in years so the videos really helped me make sure my form was right! It gave me a plan & the group chat held me accountable. This was super fun! I highly recommend it! 🙃 I’m going to continue working out thanks to this fitness challenge!
