8 Week GYM-Based Workout Program

The 8 WEEK Planting Seeds Gym Program is specifically designed to be a strength training program, based off workouts that I personally perform to achieve and maintain my total body results!

This program is designed to help you lose body fat, gain muscle and sculpt your dream body through 8 weeks of workouts! These workouts will keep you challenged regularly as you build your fitness and strength.

 

This program includes:

- Follow along videos of myself performing each workout

- 4-5 GYM-BASED workouts per week

- Workouts progressively increasing in difficulty

- Printable Goal Tracking Journal pdf sheets

- Helpful tipsand reminders

- 24/7 email support  from ME! I'll be able to answer any questions and help to give you motivation and inspiration along the way.

 

You will receive weekly emails that provide each week of NEW & challenging workouts and check ins to hold you accountable and to keep you on track! We are in this TOGETHER!

Stronger and leaner!

Just finished the 8 week program and I feel AWESOME! The workouts are fun and challenging. I feel and look stronger. Even though it’s over, the program helped me establish a new workout routine in my life that works for me. I have a “home gym” and was able to do every workout with some modification when needed, and Erica is happy to provide you with any modifications if necessary! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health, or create more of a healthier lifestyle. 100% no regrets!

Now I love working out!

I have always had issues getting myself to workout. I hated it. But I chatted with Erica over Instagram about her program and decided to give it a shot. Turns out, I loved it. Unfortunately, as of late (thanks Covid-19) it’s been a bit more challenging to do the workouts exactly but I still love the program and getting to workout at home. Erica is super responsive and always available to answer questions or offer up alternatives to the workouts if needed. Totally worth it!
